Statement

Statement

The transience of life

I create realistic paintings of everyday objects or people with whom I have a deep connection. Using a limited palette, I explore the full potential of oil paint. I only paint what I truly love, crafting unique and honest images. The simplest things bring me the greatest joy as a painter. Shedding light on the essential and recording personal diaries in paint is my true passion. Many of my paintings contain hidden symbolism, referring to the transience of life. The craftsmanship of the earliest still-life masters inspires me. I aim to evoke calm and contemplation in the viewer. Life is fragile be grateful.
